CONTEXT
Supporting a Meaningful Experience
The campaign required a scalable digital experience that could serve multiple audiences while maintaining clarity and brand alignment. I led the end-to-end design process, from ideation through final deployment.
PROBLEM

The campaign needed to focus on:
Veterans
Alex is a veteran who needs a respectful and easy-to-navigate digital experience because it helps them feel recognized while easily accessing event details and relevant support resources.
Military Supporters
Maria is a military supporter who needs an informative and easy-to-navigate experience because it helps them understand how to participate in events and support their loved ones.
Sports Fans
Jordan is a sports fan who needs a seamless experience because it helps them quickly understand event details and take action quickly.
SOLUTION
Finding Commonalities
Through stakeholder and audience research, l identified a shared value across all three groups: pride and respect for service-best represented visually by the American flag.
